That’s terrible. If they know the depth of the hole is 26 feet, that means the local government is aware of this hole being there, open to any pedestrian. Too many somebodies have not done there job of maintenance or have left a dangerous hole unmarked, unfilled. None of the upcoming finger pointing is going to help this poor woman, though.
