Eklonia is supposed to be good for sleep but it’s also a MAO inhibitor.
I have taken it twice and woke up feeling horrible.

Last fall, my teacher wife came home with yet another cold/flu from the kids.
I loaded up on anti-oxidants of all kinds, hoping to ward it off.
Three days later a tremendous thing happened: my brain felt better. I felt like I was 12 years old again. Incipient headache, stress, worry ... all gone!
I’m a convert. I take those things every day now and feel fantastic!
Quercetin
Turmeric
Green tea extract
Grapeseed extract
NAC
Berberine
And maybe another.
Anyhow, ymmv.
