Allowing women to vote was the great mistake,
Prove me wrong.
Right. When I say that women are dependent, that is their God given nature. It is not intended to be an insult, but a divine order of relationships. Satan, through the corporation which funded feminism, attacked the arrangement and convinced women, to their detriment, that being dependent upon the man while supporting his ability to provide for her somehow made her a lesser being to him.
I fully admit that some men didn’t understand that it was divinely appointed how men and relate to each other.
The best way I like to describe a marriage is like a circus tent. The man is the tent that protects everybody inside that tent. The woman is the tent pole, to support the man in his ability to protect and provide for her.
Not nearly what testosterone fueled college age males pose. Especially when drinking.
PREACH IT!!
And have you noticed that history is replete with examples of women dictators and mass murderers, and armies of women marauding and molesting (raping?), torturing, and killing unarmed civilians?
And that this world was a virtual utopia and paradise before women in America got the vote?
What? You haven’t?
Me either.
Thanks to President Wilson and his progressive agenda.
If the poster of this thread came up with this subject just to expose any knuckle draggers on FR, before an election...
LOL!
How intellectually lazy.
You throw out a statement and then want OTHERS to make the case that you are wrong.
Good grief. It’s similar intellectually to the threads where someone posts a link to a video, says to go watch it but fails to summarize the video, etc. Just laziness.
Married to the state.
Actually, history very clearly bears that out.
Christianity was a very radical departure from the practice of the day in the Roman Empire where women were no better than property. And yet they fell from moral corruption and decay from within.
And the mass murdering regimes of the 20th century were all atheistic, rejecting Christianity.
China and NK are examples of it still being the case.
Along with that are current examples of Christianity changing things. I watched the interview by Tucker Carlson of Bukele and he is a professing Christian and is applying Christian principles to running the country.
And what a turn around THAT is.

Likewise, as Christianity has faded in this country, evils like abortion and sexual perversion have flourished.
Just some take that position. My take is that it is ignorance or low intellect, etc
You are both correct.
Thank you.
Yup
Not even gut; just incredibly superficial reasons. My mother despised Ruth Bader Ginsburg because she didn't like her looks; and she liked Clinton because she said he would be fun at a party. Thank God for my staunch conservative father.
It takes all kinds I suppose.
Think how FR looks to someone who is considering joining and they come across this thread.
I doubt any of the posters who think women not voting is a good idea would have the guts to put their name to that view, courage of one’s convictions and all.
So instead they hunt and peck at their keyboard posting such views.
No guts.
How do you account for the fact that the main political groups who clamored for all those rights for every group are the same ones now supporting open borders and insisting that illegals should have all the same rights and privileges as citizens, including voting?
Why, thank you.
It's entirely probable. Someone did a study back in the 60s in the Soviet Union, which had gone full communist decades before, and its women were declared equal workers. The stufy found that most of the doctors were now women, because they would work for less. An entire profession had changed, and not for equality, but for the greatest financial advantage to the stealth overlords.
Counterargument: Gender is not a stand-alone reason for the move towards socialism.
70% of those voting in 2022 were women
68% of those voting in 2022 were men

The errosion of Christian values and the traditional family unit has led to more women (and men) leaning democrat:
Married men and women are more likely to identify with or lean toward the Republican Party...while majorities of both men and women voters who have never been married and do not live with a partner align with the Democratic Party, never-married women are particularly likely to do so:
Women who have never been married are three times as likely to associate with the Democratic Party as with the Republican Party (72% vs. 24%).
By a narrower – though still sizable – margin (61% to 37%), never-married men also favor the Democrats.
Democrats have a substantial advantage among both women and men who live with a partner but are not married, and a narrower edge among those who are divorced or separated.
Widowed men tilt Republican (55% GOP vs. 44% Democratic, including party leaners), while widowed women are about equally likely to associate with the GOP or Democrats (46% and 47%).
Different people, so they are not strictly speaking the same groups.
Nor is your example valid. Because it's a blanket statement about the group as a whole.
Agree!
