I posted a thread last week where I didn't know what to make of it, since the source was primarily "The Bulwark',

From the Lou Dobbs site:
HUH? Trump Advisor Kellyanne Conway Registers as Ukrainian Agent

Bongino usually has good sources. So this is troublemaking, maybe Kellyanne sold out? Someone ought to press her on that.

I can see the anti Vance angle. He's against laundering money through Ukraine.

“Trump Is Mulling Over Firing Campaign Managers Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles”

Interesting if true (but I don’t believe it’s true).

Really dumb of GP to give credence to this lame story from the limey poofters at the Daily Mail. The story is sourced almost 100% to none other than Anthony Scaramucci and Sarah Matthews.

The groyper losers do have a real beef with LaCivita and Wiles, however.

“Kellyanne sold out”

She went from political pro to political ho.

The money sloshing around the DC trough is hard to resist.

Trump is scapegoating them after he ignored their advice.

IF LaCivita and Wiles are against Project 2025 purely on principle... then they need to be gone YESTERDAY! If it’s a campaign strategy to distance the Trump campaign from Project 2025 in order to curry favor with past non Trump voters, I say get rid of them TODAY!

<><><>

Project 2025 is a historic movement, brought together by over 100 respected organizations from across the conservative movement, to take down the Deep State and return the government to the people. Its Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise, published in April 2023, is a product of more than 400 scholars and policy experts from around the country. The book offers a menu of policy suggestions to meet our country’s deepest challenges and put America back on track, including:

Secure the border, finish building the wall, and deport illegal aliens
De-weaponize the Federal Government by increasing accountability and oversight of the FBI and DOJ
Unleash American energy production to reduce energy prices
Cut the growth of government spending to reduce inflation
Make federal bureaucrats more accountable to the democratically elected President and Congress
Improve education by moving control and funding of education from DC bureaucrats directly to parents and state and local governments
Ban biological males from competing in women’s sports

Trump has botched the whole process...IF he recovers it will be a miracle! Should have been running like he was 20 points behind as he has been sitting on his butt and let the Dems get ahead of him.

If true, she shouldn’t be on Trump’s campaign. We, Trump, have no business tangling ourselves up with Ukraine as long as Zelensky is still in charge, period.

“Sarah Matthews, a former Trump spokeswoman who has since defected to the other side, told MSNBC that she believes Trump feels the election slipping away from him. She suggested that this perceived threat is causing him to spiral and lash out at his own team.”

Translated: She made up the whole thing.

If I may, on the campaign managers aspect of this story. Out front, I don't know anything about the two people mentioned. A dime a dozen is my impression of their profession cumulatively, in general, though some dimes are more shiny than others.

Having said that I've often wondered if the people in that field have a performance clause in their hiring package. I know highway roadwork and there are performance clauses in them. You finish early and under budget and you get a bonus.

So I have to wonder if these people have a "only if my guy wins" bonus clause. When the dime a dozen crowd is only worried about their own dime it sure would make sense to make them work harder for that extra dime, so to speak.

The old, crude saying that "money can't buy you love, but it'll sure buy you an hour for a good time" comes to mind. It seems to fit in politics these days. Sing for your supper, boys and girls, save the dancing with money jingling in your pocket for when the party is over.

Sounds like a good idea.

He needs a better counter to Kamala’s getting all the TV coverage she wants for her “rallyes” with no real ABC/CBS/CNN/MSNBC/NBC/NPR critical news interviews. The media has joined her “honeymoon” operation.

“Two former aides, who have since turned against Trump, claim that he is considering firing campaign managers Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles, according to the Daily Mail.”

How would former aides know anything about Trumps current campaign?

Trump Is Mulling Over Firing Campaign Managers Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles

Mulling?

Either he should fire them yesterday for or retain them because he believes in the job they're doing.

Which is it? You don't "mull" over firing people. You do it or you don't.

Robert Barnes from VivaBarnesLaw.Locals.com raised a warning about Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles in the strongest possible terms a couple of weeks ago during one of his Bourbon /w Barnes podcasts.

It was people like LaCivita and Wiles controlling the personnel selection process in Trump’s first term that sabotaged it from the inside.

This is good news. I hope Trump does it.
