Take a look at this video, around 31:45 to the end. It appears that one officer brings out a rifle from the AGR building and another one takes it for some mysterious reason. Anyone have any ideas?

To determine forensically if it had been fired?
I saw a post on X where there were 4 pics that were taken from a video. There was a muzzle flash from a window right about the time Trump was shot.
Oh no! Not another grassy knoll conspiracy!
The guy that took the rifle looks like a SEAL, bearded and all tricked out with military toys. But he stands there for awhile looking nervous, scans around, and then snatches the rifle and zooms off.
Maybe the SEAL left that rifle behind by mistake, and his new buddy went and got it for him. They made the exchange so no one knew he left it behind.
The most conspiratorial answer would be that the rifle was the actual sniper rifle that had to be spirited away.
Not sure if it’s the same flashes, but you might want to watch this video. He says it’s not muzzle flash.
If it’s from the first story windows, I don’t believe it. I can see clearly at different points in Drew’s video that the windows were all closed.
It is still a possibility that someone was in the attic of the same building through some holes (if there are any), firing shots 1-3 before Crooks fired his shots 4-8. But I want to be fact-based while being open to real possibilities.
Yeah—I was trying to look for openings in the attic area but have not found any—yet.
If I were a professional assassin and wanted to frame a patsy on the roof that is what I would have done.
The other possibility would have been more distant shots from the trees well behind the building.
Could be.
The windows were in the next building which overlooked where the shooter (Crooks) positioned himself.
The “counter-sniper” had left his window post to allow a colleague into their indoor position(s).
(As told earlier).

Seems so. Most of the time when a weapon has been fired from an LE it is turned over to another one for such purposes.
