She did not get arrested for sharing her appetizer. She got arrested for acting like two year old in public and ruining everyone else's good time.
Her (probably former) friend tried to get her to calm down and ended up paying the bill because she apparently has a sense of decency.
So the headline is a lie.

Headline says she was arrested 'after' sharing the meal with the table. It does not say she was arrested 'for' sharing the meal with the table.
What the article leaves out is that when she said the manager told her that the all you can eat was per person, she claimed they weren't told this beforehand.
After the police pointed out that there was a 'per person' notation on the menu right under the 'all you can eat' heading, her friend paid the bill.
