The RINO Chairman Fervier is mighty unhappy about this. Of course his claims of Res Judicata are pure BS. The only investigation that was done was by Ratburger "investigating" his own handiwork and claiming everything was OK.
This is another excellent development from the Georgia Election Board.

Actually, the real problem is Kemp, Duncan(he’s gone), Raffensberger, Carr, state legislature “leadership”, all the crooked county election people, Suckerberg & his money and the compromised courts that allowed Elias and other activities to destroy the process.

It was "Election Boards" that turned election law on its head in 2020 and gave us massive mail-ins without enforcing signature verification in response to the 2020 SCAM-demic.

Brian Kemp on Friday named a Waffle House risk management and security executive as the new chair of the State Election Board, giving the five-member body a new leader as Republican activists push for an investigation of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s handling of an election audit after the 2020 election.
Kemp said John Fervier, an Army veteran, has worked at Norcross-based Waffle House for more than 35 years. There, Fervier oversees insurance, risk management, workers’ compensation and security.
So, fervier was kemp’s chosen one to cover up the election fraud that would lead back to raff & kemp in jan 2024?
The lady on the board was solid in her resolve & did an impressive job

Fair question. My take is that this board pretty well reflects GA and even the nation. It is not left, but too many people are comfortable and generally have a "it can't happen here" attitude.
Unfortunately, GA's government along with much of our nation is shot through with Rino's.
We are not aware of, nor prepared for what may be a very likely possibility. When I am out in residential traffic, I constantly ask myself, "what are all these nice people and their young families going to do when the grocery shelves are empty?
The last election and Jan 6 Joint Session were a challenge for the Left, but from their perspective they handled it well Even with a fair 2024 presidential election, the Left almost certainly has seen if they were to hold a sufficient number in the Congress how easily they could use the next Session to their advantage.
