Probably right. I would guess this victim of society gets lots of extra time for staff assaults and assaults on other inmates. If he tries to kill a petit woman who takes away his video game he’s not gonna like a prison guard locking him in a cell.

I did some time in a prison for a special project for my job and I was able to witness interactions. Having talked to the prisoners, I’ve learned that you have to exaggerate common courtesy or else you will get your block knocked off.

Him, being so big and low IQ, will not understand that. At least at first. My expectation is that he will be told, then he’ll be taught.

He’s just a bully that used his autism as a shield against being disciplined....and his stepmom was enabling him.

Mental experts called during the trial made it very clear that autism and violent behavior are in no way connected......the judge mentioned it at least twice before he sentenced him.

At least Florida has a determinate sentencing program, which means that most inmates end up doing the full sentence for their crimes. There should be no early-out for this POS.

Sounds like a poorly-trained pit bull - you never know what will set him off with serious consequences. Someone that unstable does not belong at a public school or in public for that matter.

I hate his "trigger" talk. Talk about about a subtle way of blaming the victim. It wasn't the thug's fault, he was triggered.

The Pong game at the ‘O’ was the size of a four drawer file cabinet. I think Nolan Bushnell designed and built it. The main attraction was beer and burgers. It was just over the line between Stanford (alcohol illegal) and San Mateo county.
