Cut back on wheat and actually eat the brown rice.

White rice is nutritionally bankrupt.

IMO, it seems like white rice juice is more like fruit juice. Sweet and filling but all the good stuff is taken out.

White rice is a daily staple for my wife. She is very healthy.

Not really. It’s almost always enriched today. And parboiled like Uncle Ben’s steams the vitamins into the rice before the husk is removed. Brown goes rancid much faster also.
But white rice is fine. Even plain white rice is ok. It has fewer vitamins but it’s a real stretch to call it nutritionally bankrupt.
