“So INFORM me on variables”
An independent variable does not depend on other variables.
Man is not an independent variable. Man’s actions are dependent on environmental parameters. Even the very existence of man has been dependent. Evolution is the prime example.
I should have figured you were full of CRAP and simply want to prove you're SUPPOSEDLY smarter than EVERYONE else. Nothing more than feigned intellectual DOUBLE TALK.
Here's what I KNOW about "variables" Holmes.
1. The INDEPENDENT variable is the cause. Its value is independent of other variables in your study.
2. The DEPENDENT variable is the effect. Its value depends on changes in the INDEPENDENT variable.
Let me give you a SIMPLE example of WHAT I mean.
I'll imagine that you're happily married.. you and your wife have a normal relationship... then, she meets a NEW female friend, who eventually, through various circumstances, drags your wife into a (God forbid) LESBIAN relationship.
My question?... would not the NEW female friend unexpectedly have become the INDEPENDENT VARIABLE neither, of which, YOU or your WIFE had ever expected to occur?
That is analogous to MAN, after 4 BILLION years, being introduced to a PLANET endowed with a SELF-SUSTAINING SYSTEM.
