Makes me wonder if the Rwandan population in England is divided in the same Christian : Muslim proportions. A possibly important distinction.

So they will release minors’ names, just not the 17 year old in question.
Was he really from Rwanda? Was he really 17?
Or was he from a Muslim country?
The police have a motive to lie, they might not want to “cause offense” as they say over there.
