Can Hispanic lesbian dwarves point out their errors?
Sorry, I didn’t know we were talking about flight instruction. I thought it was more about...oh I don’t know...politics and government.
She at least was smart enough not to make trouble.
So if a black surgeon starts to cut someone nuts off instead of hemorrhoids.
Don’t correct the surgeon, take it for the team.
Yes , it’s better to let them wallow in ignorance.
Also step off cliffs, go the wrong way on one way streets, and drink poison.
/sarcasm offf
And then you can just make them up and lie!
I worked with a young black kid, back in the late 1990's. He was conscientious and a hard worker, of at least average ability for an engineer, in a pretty strong department. We didn't work on the same project, and had little professional interface, I found him sympatico.
We talked work, and business, and I asked to see what he was working on. It appeared his task manager didn't expect anything from him, and gave him pointless tasks. He also didn't have any software licenses, (back in the day) so he was using Excel application basic to do scientific programming. His task manager treated him like a diversity hire, and took for granted that he couldn't and wouldn't produce useful work. I was infuriated. He was decent, ambitious kid, who needed meaningful challenges. He left the company after about a year.
That’s stupid, especially those who agree.

The problem is that if you keep stretching a black employee at some point you will find their limits—and then things can get ugly in a hurry.
With a white employee you can sit them down and talk straight about strengths and weaknesses.
With a black employee that same discussion could end up with accusations of racism—the kiss of death in modern corporate America.
Supervisors quickly learn that the only way to win that game is not to play.
We used to define the day-to-day mundane tasks as "Playing hide and seek, for a grand a week" job.
Yes! Great point! They make up the flaws about conservatives (and Trump, and now Vance). They make up flaws or mistakes and then lie about them.
We try not to as that would take up our entire day.
It was just an example of "what could possibly go wrong" by the application of this nonsense.
One could think of many other ways that silly ideas such as "not criticizing" a group of people could cause havoc.
There is a face that would appreciate a carrot or some sugar cubes
Okay we won’t point out there errors we’ll just laugh our butts off at them
So does this only apply to black folks? Or yellow and brown people as well? I mean my job requires my to hold folks accountable. I have pointed out the errors of many different colored (for lack of a better word) people. This women promotes racism while simultaneously thinking she is doing them a favor by singling out one race.
