Many Super Bowls ago, we developed a theory about "credit.''....
Said Valdes-Scantling: "I helped Aaron (Rodgers) win a couple MVPs. I helped Pat win MVP, a couple Super Bowls. My resume speaks for itself, too. Ain’t a one-way thing, man.''
Did MVS help the Packers and the Chiefs? Of course he did. He was, however, a Chiefs role player, with - for instance, in 2023, 21 catches for 315 yards and one TD...
So when he said, "I put up some big numbers with these guys,'' that's a Kansas City inflation of the facts. (And we won't even get into the drops.) ....

Me, me , me.
There’s a reason the Packers let MVS walk. Blazing fast, but unreliable pass catcher. Rodgers trusted him to be where he was supposed to be, but he has always had an issue with drops.
Internet Rule #1...
Never post after you drink alcohol.
Watson is better than most, even Travis Swift. At least Watson is very consistent and rarely drops the ball. He doesn't get anywhere near the credit he deserves.
Guess that's what happens when you're a white receiver and your last name isn't Kelce.
I’ll take a Cooper Kupp. NOT blazing fast, but somehow he’s open, rarely drops the ball, and is good for a few yards after the catch.
Tyreek Hill is blazing fast, and is a good pass catcher. Opponents double team him, and game plan for his. Compare numbers with a true difference maker on KC, Tyreek Hill, and the difference in catches per target is major. Links below.
Hill catches only half the balls thrown to him, and they were thrown by Patrick Mahomes! He’s exceptional at putting the ball where it is supposed to be.

There’s a reason why Hill moved to Florida.
Like Marquez he thought he was irreplaceable, too.
Everyone is replaceable. The game goes on.
Exactly!
