A Ukrainian superyacht stewardess who was caught on a doorbell camera beating up her three-year-old son has avoided jail time.
Yulia Storozhuk, 29, became emotional as she took a plea deal negotiated with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office on Thursday.
The mom was caught on a neighbor's Ring doorbell camera hurling her defenseless child down a hallway before kicking him multiple times.
'I am very sorry, I'm a single mom and it was only one incident where I let my emotions get the better of me,' Storozhuk previously told the court through an interpreter, NBC reports.
Her pleas appeared to appease Judge Carmen Carbarga who sentenced her to three years' probation.

ironically the Mom was living in S Florida as a refugee from the Ukraine war.
I know the child wasn’t killed or seriously injured but the attack saddens me almost as much as these other horrific fatal attacks. The kid is such a trooper and endured her abuse without shrieking and crying like 99.9 of all small children/toddlers would have.
Here is the video but I state my warning now that it’s shocking:

PS And how is 3 years of probation a punishment if deportation was part of the plea deal???🤔
That’s pretty harsh on the child.
Wow! Chick aint ugly but if her looks is the image of “glamour” then...man...what a let down.
Unfortunately, women can become very bitter towards men if they are raped on a daily basis as a prerequisite to working.
Oh thats so heartbreaking. Kid didnt even cry. Its used to that kind of treatment. Kid needs major psyche help now to offset complex childhood trauma thats def going to happen. The mom...needs to be scared for life so she sees it every time she looks in the mirror.
Whenever you hear single mom, a lame excuse from a mentally unstable bimbo is soon to follow.
I'd hit it.
And kick it.
She’s an example of a reason that you do everything in your power to help children establish themselves so they don’t have to make choices like this.
I agree with your point, but is that what happened here?
She’s not much more than a kid herself. Hopefully this is the kind of incident that will change the course of her life. But doubt is high if reality only comes when she’s held publicly accountable for it.
She’s an entertainer on a yacht that goes into international waters. What do you think she is doing out there? I don’t believe that she just serves drinks. She is likely a comfort woman for entertainment purposes.
Those who own yachts own them so they can go into international waters and do things that are against the law.
I don’t believe her.
I don’t think for a minute it was the first time.
Shame on that judge for letting that monster manipulate her(him?) like that.
You nailed it.
She’s a bad mom all the way around.
Just imagine the “Honorable” Judge Carbarga’s sentence if it had been a man doing the exact same thing.
Agree 100%.
It was the first time she got caught.
How anyone can make excuses for what she did is beyond me.
There is NO excuse, none, nada.... to EVER beat a child.
Wow, that was much worse than I thought
“The kid is such a trooper and endured her abuse without shrieking and crying like 99.9 of all small children/toddlers would have.”
Maybe because the child is used to such treatment.
You don't need to remind me of the disgusting treatment of women by men. Men are naturally protective of women? Tell that to the women and girls who are trapped by human traffickers, and who are waiting for their knights in shining football jerseys to rescue them, but the only men they see are the ones paying their captors for the privilege of raping them.
Some of our sons, fathers, pastors, police officers, and government officials are among those men.
As for this case, I'll wait and see.
It’s a cultural thing. Thank goodness she isn’t a full on muzzie.
“She’s a bad mom all the way around”.
But she’s HIS mom...
