Just the way she says it. It appears so rehearsed.
Even though she has practiced it in front of the mirror or whatever, you can see her slow down and be very deliberate about saying it the right way.
I am a dime-store gesture & body language observer, and you can see in the one clip she is actually pointing with her finger up in the air like she is reading it off a page in her mind.
So I tend to agree with you. She quite possibly doesn’t know what it (really) means. She was just told it’s supposed to be inspiring and keep using it.

Ultimately the phrase fits her goal of pretending to answer a question by throwing up a verbal smoke screen. A dim-witted person would say, "Gee, I don't actually understand what she said, but she DOES sound convincing. . ."
