Not even a question.
Looks like Mr. Road Rage had ‘a bad day’.
Yep...didn’t need to look...again.
Give the shooter a medal for removing the mutant from the gene pool.
Stupid stupid stupid
Reminds me of the black guy on the motorcycle from a few years ago. He gets off his bike and pulls a gun acting all gangsta while walking to the car and before he makes it the guy in the car blows him away. Oops! How about that, OTHER people can have guns as well genius!
Well, now he’s learned to control himself. All he needed was a little leadicillin to cure his inability to control himself.
He went through all that time on earth only to be forever tagged as the ultimate jackass.
Was the dead guy a citizen...?
Boy, he got it point blank, too…
I’ll be surprised if this doesn’t go to court at least as a wrongful death trial. The shot man approached the car, struck it with the right hand holding the gun, which was stupid, then transfered it to the left hand which the court could say was an effort to lowering his defenses. It appeared, fom what we could see, when he lowered it he was not “on the trigger” and the gun was pointed down. This mght get interesting in a stand your ground call.

You approach a car yelling like a mad man with a gun in your hand then you’re just asking to be shot.

Yes, this is a textbook example of how to get shot.
The guy who filmed the shooting was himself shot dead the next day. He was an advocate for non-violence.
Believe it or not, the guy video-taping was killed the next day at a gas station. He was actuality an anti-violence, anti-gun radical.
One fewer road bully that the Indianapolis drivers have to deal with.
When such videos are presented, the discussion always focuses on the justification or morality of the shooting incident. This is fine, but we should also discuss the fight itself. Here’s what I told my wife and my people if they will listen. Please correct me with my thanks.
1. Road rage can be deadly. Don’t be involved on either side.
2. Assume that the other person has a gun!
3. Use your car. Most states are making laws now regarding driving over or through someone who is in your way to assault you. Perhaps the shooting is justified but he will be sued, and it will be expensive. The question I have about this video, which someone on the civil trial jury will ask is, “Should he not have driven out of there rather than stay to shoot?” Never mind what ought to have happened, he is going to pay maybe $20,000 dollars to a lawyer during the course of the civil suit, and if he loses, the lord only knows how much.
4. Only the lawyers win, so do not play the game. Drive to the police station or the fire station instead.
5. Get video. This man was not arrested because somebody took this video. Otherwise, he would be in jail!
6. First one to 911 wins. While moving on the road call 911 and ask what to do. Report “aggressive driving”. Drive to meet a cop who will then be aware who you are and what you look like and what the Road Rage person looks like.
It should not be this way, but we voted for the people, the lawyers who did this to our system of law. Passing “Stand Your Ground” may be a step in the right direction. Each community should identify “aggressive driving zones” and focus enforcement there. Like setting up a trap by the bar at closing time. It is not rocket science.
