The video of the lady in question started about the time when one man near the shooters location was screaming "He has a gun" while police and USSS counter snipers ignored him or didn't act.
She was looking at his direction.

That video is 11 months old. She could definitely lose some weight and if you pull her hair back and put sunglasses on her... it definitely resembles her.
