Especially if his replacement will be decided by someone like DeWine. Any idea who he might name?

Personally, I think it’s down to Vance and Carson, with Gabbard a long shot (but less of one if Harris was replacing Biden).

I would send Rubio to be Ambassador to the UN, although Gabbard would be great for that too.
