I could not stay asleep and dreaded waking up at 3 am and being unable to fall back asleep. I started many of my days at 4 am and could barely keep my eyes open.
I made two changes:
1. I only drink one cup of regular coffee a day, as soon as I wake up. The rest of the day, it’s regular tea and after about 8 p.m. decaf tea.
2. I take one high-absorption magnesium tablet every night before I sleep.
Result: I am sleeping better now than at any time in my life.
I sleep soundly from about midnight to about 8 am every night. If I wake up needing to pee at 3 am I’m asleep 3 minutes after I get back into bed.
Those are exactly the kind of simple changes that we all need to try.
It can be amazing how many health fixes can be so easy and inexpensive.
