Looking at that video I see the 2 mean dropping though before the rail smoke.
Could be that they were 3 seperate shots but the guy on the left drops first.
Assuming he was a right handed shooter I’d expect any additional shots to walk up and to the left not down and to the right.
People are going to be analyzing this stuff for the next 20 years.

Agreed.
John Cullen is now saying it might be from the water tower. That is to far of range (230 yards) for an amateur (hitting the Head.) The chest wouldn't be a kill shot with the vest.
Though to be sure is there any video of the water tower near the time of the shooting?
