Vance wasn’t very high on Trump back in in the 2015-2018 timeframe.
Still think VP should be either ex-military or Carson.
Vance is one of my senators and I’d prefer to keep him in the senate vs potentially split our seats again...but it’s Trumps call.

Good news: The governor of Ohio is an R and he would be in position to appoint Vances' replacement. Bad news: He's wishy washy and unlikely to appoint someone in the same category as Vance.
