The “match” is the gauge.
Re-read the text I included, above the photo, in post 184.
Just so no one thinks I’m blowing smoke...my daughter has had gauged ears for 20 years.
When she removes the gauge, the lobe collapses and looks exactly like the “crease” I point out in the dedman’s right ear.

Y’all assume that’s the picture of the dead shooter. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn’t. There’s so much garbage floating around on Twitter and other sources that you’d better trust at your own peril. We will probably NEVER know the truth. (And yes, the pictures do look similar.)
