Once a Democracy is established as the governing ideology, the Rule of Law is nullified.
There is no Rule of Law in a Democracy.
If the leadership in charge of the majority don’t like a certain Law, they will end it.
They will say that it is “the will of the people.”
You have stated the classic world class description of exactly what we face at present - especially with the 'Rats/Deep State cabal. They will pack or eliminate the SCOTUS; they will ignore the Constitution AND Supreme Court rulings; they will conveniently tell the people what the law really is {lawfare}; and who is guilty and who is innocent {NY justice system re: Donald Trump.}
