That stuff is straight outta sovereign citizen/state citizen/ American state national tenets; IMHO folks should stay far far away from it.
It is a rabbit hole leading to a bottomless pit.
Reason I’m so exercised about it is I’ve seen people lose -everything- trying to implement those teachings.
