Preliminarily, let me say what I wrote yesterday: Trump’s near miss seems to have an element of Divine Providence to it, reminiscent of how George Washington invariably emerged from the heat of battle unscathed. Just sayin’. Now, to the topic at hand, which is the Secret Service’s performance before, during, and after the assassination attempt. It wasn’t good.
Ironically, just yesterday, I finished reading Lee Child’s Without Fail, which was published in 2008. In it, Jack Reacher works with the female head of the Vice President’s Secret Service detail to help foil an assassination attempt. Unlike most Reacher novels, this one had no fistfights. Instead, it focuses tightly on what the Secret Service does to protect politicians.
I don’t know what kind of research Child did, but the point he makes repeatedly—and it’s an obvious and intuitive one—is that the Secret Service must control the high ground. Every rooftop or high floor within range of a politician is a potential platform for an assassin.
In Butler, Pennsylvania, however, not only did the Secret Service seemingly make no effort to control a rooftop within relatively easy shooting distance of a former president and current presidential candidate, but Secret Service agents also seemed disinterested in repeated warnings that a man with a gun had crawled on top of a building that gave him a clear shot at President Trump. This video shows the first eyewitness we heard from, but reports are that several other people saw the same thing and had the same response from Trump’s security detail—that is, no response:

4-5 of the Secret Service officers were women; none of whom looked like they had a clue as to what to do. One was fumbling around to remove and then holster her handgun.
Instead, the media will focus on the assassination attempt because that will get their focus off Bidens incompetence and dementia.
You're not looking at the podium sign head-on, you're looking it in an upward perspective. If you were looking at it head-on, you would see more of President Trump's lower torso. From this perspective, you see Trump chest-high.

I’ve been to Trump rallies and snipers are everywhere, including in the hills surrounding.
Security is actually visible for miles before you even get to a rally venue.
I felt safe, as well, unconcerned for The President’s safety
Moreover, there was a helicopter circling the event
So… a guy just decides to show up at a rally and take a potshot at PDJT… and he looks around for a spot that wasn’t covered by USSS and… well whadaya know! He’s in luck. A handy barn roof with no-one on it. And his rifle happens to be sighted in for the distance to the stage.
Now, let’s just see if he can get up there with a rifle without being spotted. Well whaddaya know! Another lucky break! Wait… he was spotted and pointed out to security, Well whaddaya know! Three times lucky! Security blew it off.
Oops. His luck ran out. He was shot deader’n a doornail. Tsk, tsk. Too bad. Can’t question him now.

Let Trump hire his own security detail for the family, and have Congress pay THEM. I recommend Erik Prince’s group, Bongino, Kerik, etc.
Ask Steve Scalise. He was the only one harmed that day, and that’s a miracle. The shooter was intending to kill all the GOP inside that fence — fish in a barrel. Scalise never will fully recover from that assassination attempt.

It looks to me like the whole thing went according to plan except that the shooter shot his ear off instead of his head.
It’s a lie because it puts us in the state of mind that the cabal wants us to be in.
