Why do I Hate Onions?

Agreed. Beef should never come in contact with water. The best stew is where the meat is cooked separately, the juices are mixed in with the veggies, and the meat is added at the last minute.
Feta + hamburger these days for me. Made from cows milk but is OK enough. I have eaten real feta from sheep milk many times in my life. The most memorable was buying at Mt Desert Island, Maine at her farm house.
