We have fake news, fake food, fake women, fake men, fake Pope, fake president, fake climate, and now they want us to believe they can make fake butter. To hell with all the fakery, give me my authentic sweet cream butter everyday. As a young boy, I churned many a crook of cream into butter for Mom. It was the real deal. She would scoop the fresh churned butter out of the buttermilk, roll it up in 2 pound rolls in butcher paper and freeze it. I’m 80 and I have enjoyed real butter all my life and I ain’t changing now. There’s way too much fakery in the world today for humanity’s own good.
Same here. My DIL has developed a dairy allergy after her second child. No cheese or butter. Really hampers cooking
