Jeffrey Sachs exposes the US plan to bring Russia to heel since the breakup of the Warsaw Pact. He dismantles the “unprovoked” aggression lies and exposes how the US is being led by reckless and dangerous people willing to bring the US to WW3…

Both the Bushes and Clintons blew it, they were just two sides of the same coin.
” . . . watching videos, the slowest means of communication . . .”
The beauty of different forms of communication (at least for those with open minds, or any functional minds at all, for that matter) is they all have their applicable niches (even semaphores). I can’t read FR threads while I’m making lunch and cleaning up the kitchen, but I can (and did) listen to the beginning of the Sachs interview during that exercise - and it was intriguing enough to convince me to squeeze in the rest of it while doing other chores. Which I considered time well spent (and efficiently spent as well) - Sachs’ story about a disabled Russian sub during the apex of the Cuban missile crisis was in itself well worth the price of admission.
I think he is right on Ukraine-Russia. That is the main thrust of the interview. That is what he knows best. He should be judged on this.
He covers other topics briefly, CIA assassinations, Israel and Gaza, and Covid-19. I don’t expect one-stop shopping. I don’t expect to find a person or website with which I will be in complete agreement. The fact that I disagree on one topic is not a criticism.
The man is an expert. He is very persuasive, as is sometimes the case with an expert. I have two areas of concern with experts. One is conflict of interest. The other is tunnel vision. It would be prudent to hear viewpoints other than his viewpoints.
Even before watching this video, US Government credibility under Biden was near zero with me. I am more cynical now than in the past.
The topic of the 2020 election did not come up. I expect that a man who has such strong convictions would have strong convictions on this topic as well. I can only wonder what he would think, or why Carlsen did not introduce the topic.
Yes…I was looking for his 2020 election thoughts as well. Perhaps the next interview?
Indeed. He might have a lot to say. Or perhaps, that is one bridge he cannot afford to burn with his liberal friends. On the other hand, maybe he blocks out domestic affairs, just looking at international affairs. Or, as an expert, he may be so tight with the professional class that he does not welcome the unpredictable (to them) President Trump. Also, his cynicism may come from left of center, and he might believe all the liberal lies about Trump.
He is very cynical, and it is warranted. I hope his cynicism applies to the 2020 election, where it is very warranted.
Best established, IMO, is his narrative of the US(Ukraine)-Russia war, and the theft of the 2020 election.
I have to say this in an excellent video. Sachs is very knowledgeable.
President Trump has been saying lately that he will keep us out of WWIII. If you don’t know what he’s talking about, watch this video.
