How shocked would you like to be? I bet it is decades.

Since the 1990s. Remember Clinton's Filegate scandal? Clinton corrupted both the FBI and CIA.

Remember Ed Meese back in the 1980s? The media and left really hated Meese. But Meese's Justice Dept and FBI seemed to be mostly patriotic back then.
