Graham Cracker Toffee
Only 5 ingredients to make this easy, delicious toffee. Can use honey grahams. A great holiday gift.
Ing 15 Graham sheets 1 cup ea unsalted butter, l/brown sugar 1 1/2 cups choc/chips 1/2 cup chp almonds
Steps Place grahams in single layer, touching, on large silpatted or parchmented b/sheet. Reserve. Melt butter/ br/ sugar on med-high. Btb. Simmer/stir 4 min. Pour evenly over grahams. Bake 350 deg 8 min. Remove pan to counter; evenly sprinkle w/ choc/chips. Set 2 min to melt. Spread out melted chocolate. Sprinkle almonds on top. Set 2 hrs to harden chocolate; break into pieces and serve.

I wear them but for vigorous swimming and diving they are just annoying, and 1-piece is much less distracting.
