They actually did a very thorough objective investigation of driving while black:
Turns out blacks were cited more because they sped more.
Since that result was not the desired result, the study was memory-holed.
It’s not just driving, if cops actually enforced jaywalking around here, there would be a real uproar.
A local cop told me last year that 90% of the Chrysler 300s he pulled over, the driver had committed some sort of a crime (I assumed this meant outstanding warrants for speeding, etc. Possibly even completed ones)
I responded in disbelief - I tried to re-ask regarding his statement, he insisted that this was factual.
The guy they caught doing multiple armed robberies here - I believe he was in a Chrysler 300 - 9 robberies total including the last one, which he attempted on a guy I know (had also robbed him before - this time he hit the silent alarm button) - the perpetrator also fit other profiles...

She's white, over 55, modest 20 year old car well maintained, insured, registered, proper tags, perfect driving record, attractive, and polite.
Nothing like the other 90% of drivers that are feral scoflaws operating with no tags, no license, no registration, dark tint windows, billowing dope smoke, and black.
