The FDA has approved combination birth control pills drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol (Yaz) and drospirenone, ethinyl estradiol, and levomefolic acid (Beyaz) to treat a more serious form of PMS called premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

"the male bass population are all developing female organs"

So even the fish are suffering from gender dysphoria!

I tell you it's a pandemic.

Limited research suggests that compared with women who donโ€™t use hormonal birth control, those who do are more likely report feeling depressed, anxious, and angry.

Yeah - but the sex life!

“Does taking birth control pills as a teen influence - - - - gender identity?”

With regards only to the thread title question I have a strong opinion.

The questioning of or influencing gender identity is a psychological thing. From childhood kids know they have special parts different from the other sex and accept it and take on rolls in life particular to that sex. This gender identity thing is new to our culture and driven by perverts.

Children are widely open to suggestion, even simple ones that govern their behavior. If a child is told that he should be for a different sex by respected adults such as teachers that child could likely believe it.

In no way could some drug or chemical cause a kid to think he should be something other than what he is.

What’s going on in our country is mass mental illness with a perverted political agenda driving it.

The treatment of children used to be a sacred thing where they are protected, in particular with regards to sexual perversion. Parents, teachers and all levels of government believed in this protection and enforced it with vigor. What amazes me is just how did all of this collapse seemingly overnight?

Teachers used to be respected educators. Today they are but propaganda ministers and perverts. Teachers combined with medical people and local government policy are to blame for sexual questioning and transitioning - not some drug.

Sorry for the rant.

“...more likely report feeling depressed, anxious, and angry.”

Funny I don’t see “empowered” on that list.

“Does taking birth control pills as a teen influence personality and gender identity?”

So does taking birth control pills cause confusion about gender for females or trannies or both?

I overheard the high school nurses talking about the senior trip to Disney. They had to give all meds, half the girls were on oral contraception.

But that was during my older children’s time there, before gender confusion had struck. It was unknown until my youngest girl’s time.

Maybe it does contribute to anxiety which in today’s social climate and online networking leads some to gender-confusion.

But many girls start claiming they are boys or nonbinary when they are 11 to 14, before they are taking OC, so I think that it’s a social phenomenon, a Western culture-bound syndrome.

What I have been wondering about is the loss of interest in having children in the developed countries. Is that partly the result of first and secondhand exposure to the hormones?

Or is that just the revelation of something that always existed, that many women have a higher sexual drive than a child-wanting drive, and in a world without contraception, the child drive would generally kick in at pregnancy or birth.

According to this around 25% of women are using hormonal contraception. Not all IUDs are hormonal, and I don’t think a progestin IUD could possibly shed as much into the environment as an oral contraceptive.

My child is part of the .01% that was born trans.

There are several extremely rare genetic disorders that can cause gender dysphoria:

Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
Non-classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia
Hyperandrogenism
Klinefelter Syndrome
Turner’s syndrome
Kallmann’s Syndrome

Occasionally, PCOS or a tumor on the pituitary gland or adrenal gland.

Not everyone who suffers from one of these will experience gender dysphoria and for those who do, the majority will not be dysphoric once puberty ends and their systems stabilize (early 20s).

Three important facts:

1. It is statistically impossible for all these people to be trans.

2. There is never a legitimate medical reason to transition a child.

3. Dr. Kenneth Zucker, the world’s leading expert on sexual dysphoria, had a team approach, required endocrine testing, two years of therapy, and more before proclaiming someone was trans. The radical activists lied about him and ran him off multiple boards while he fought with the courts (he eventually prevailed).

His prudent and careful approach was replaced by the wild west we see now. All someone has to do is claim to be trans and they get hormones and puberty blockers.

4. The system is stacked 100% against parents. Disagree with the “specialists”? They take your child away. Fight against the schools? They take your child away. Refuse treatment or look for alternatives? They take your child away. I had to be a covert warrior the entire time, slow walking everything hoping my child’s system would settle down. It never did. They are now 24 and still dysphoric. It is a life sentence.

The rest comes down to mass hysteria and social conditioning.

Drag queens are not trans. Cross dressers are not trans. The 87 gender crowd is not trans; they are confused and either need therapy or a good ass whooping.

Many call birth control what are in fact abortifacients: conception is allowed (a human person is conceived) but the fertilized egg is prevented from implantation. โ€œA person is a person no matter how small.โ€ So in fact, the number of sacrificed children is much greater than weโ€™ll ever know. What spiritual and psychological effect this has on the parents I guess will be known only in the next life.

Correlation is not causation.

There is undoubtedly a correlation between synthetic oral hormones and depression, anxiety, and rage.

There is probably also a correlation between teenaged females having sex with teenaged males who don’t love them or care for them.

Take your pick.

Sorry this is beyond stupid, it’s asinine! Teen girls have been taking birth control pills for decades, to try and cause and effect that to the attention whoring that explodes the past few years is ridiculous....so I wonder what they are going to blame all the transgender male attention whores on?
