You can swallow the juice just fine. It doesn't upset your stomach or make you nauseous like swallowing dip spit does (though when I dipped Copenhagen when I was young, I always swallowed it. My 8th Grade shop teacher always said, "If you're man enough to chew tobacco, you're man enough to swallow it.")

I don't ride anything. That window closed when I got married. Wife said no to motorcycles if I wanted to keep my electric guitars.
