The article was more than a little sarcastic. Basically, it said that autism was a set of behaviors that don't have a single cause. The article went on to say that vaccines directly cause a number of physiological changes that, together, often manifest in what we call autistic behavior.

I see. Well, I don’t like his writing/presentation style! I personally know of 3 children who were autistic and it was clearly from the vax. He mentioned bad diet etc and the parents fed the kids good healthy food, good habits and so on and so forth. The children didn’t “become” autistic over time. I suppose I could re-read it...
