Maybe some got a non-bad batch.
I’ve been wondering how many of the Deep State were stabbed in the back getting a bad shot when they were told it would be saline/good batch.
I’m sure there were power moves like that because that is all they care about...POWER...guessing after they realized that at least some would turn on their handlers knowing they were betrayed and done for anyway.
