My most recent copy is dated 10 April 2024. I will get an updated roll around 1 September. The file comes in Comma Separated List which I read into Microsoft Excel.
All you do is sort on address and then scan down the list to find multiple registrations at the same address.
If you know how, it is easy enough to write a routine that counts the registrations at each address and writes the address and count to a new worksheet.
From there it is easy enough to review the registration records and look for cheaters or people who moved and didn't tell the Board of Elections.

If you know the local commercial addresses for Walmart, 7-11, McDonalds etc. or the addresses for churches, homeless charities etc. check to see if anyone is registered to vote using those ‘illegal’ addresses. If so then they can be removed for when brought to your county Elections Director. But must be done before August 4 they lock down voter rolls 90 days before the election.
Where I live they are notorious for registering homeless people using the office address of the local homeless charity NGO, which is a commercial establishment and not a residential address.
The website https://omega4america.substack.com/ has some in-depth information on this especially when large metro areas are examined.
If the names associated with the address are included in the listing a stop mail order could be filed for them.
Probably not legally but then whoever is signing voter applications on behalf of the unknowing immigrants can’t do so legally either. They need to be caught and prosecuted. Shouldn’t be that hard to figure out who is doing it.
Here in Nebraska Rep Mike Flood’s primary opponent claimed on his campaign website that there was electoral funny business in Douglas County, the county that Omaha is in. Which sounds about right. It would be interesting to see what kind of shenanigans might be going on there. I’m in Seward County though, so I don’t know if I’d be able to get data for Douglas County.
