At today's House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) played video of the ATF agents planning a raid on Bryan Malinowski.

Who is going to enforce all of that, especially when RATS are in charge? And you can’t trust that Republicans will do anything about any violations, except write strongly-worded letters, and show videos. The Director of National Intelligence oversees the agencies within the DOJ. The position was elevated to Cabinet level by Biden. They are appointed by the sitting President. Michael E. Horowitz is the Inspector General for the DOJ, which means he conducts most of the investigations of DOJ employees and programs. Horowitz was ineffective when it came to investigating wrong-doing by DOJ employees during Trump’s four years. He’s been in that post since 2012. There is no fixed term for the office which is B.S.
I was in a military unit in which almost all the training we did involved an ambulance being present.
When these attack units go into to shoot someone, why don’t they have a medic along for such a deadly confrontation?
No different than that older, obese, man who could barely walk.
They knew his daily routine. They could have walked up as he was headed to his car or done a traffic stop.
Do you mean “OOPS!” won’t do?
“When these attack units go into to shoot someone, why don’t they have a medic along for such a deadly confrontation?”
They did when they raided Mar-a-Lago, but Trump wasn’t there.
SOMEBODY wanted that man dead… without a doubt. And we’ll never know because the “investigation” of the raid is almost certainly a COVERUP.
This reminds me of the current Karen Read coverup happening in Massachusetts.
You’re right.
It’s just fantasy if we actually legit people representing us.
But, if you have the mic at a campaign stop and they’re talking this and that, it doesn’t hurt anyone calling them out on it.
They love forcing people into a corner and making a decision for them. It can be used against them.
Hell, Pres Trump brings this up in one of his ‘off the cut’ comments and fireworks are popping.
One could end up with some strange friends in fighting for that.
And the standard response from the public is:
That didn’t happen to me or anyone I know
I don’t do anything that would cause them to do that to me
Blah Blah Blah
right. so either they are bone dumb (not likely), or they are looking to make an example.
🤣 Yes, that will do the trick.
The presumption of innocence should be revoked if official evidence is destroyed or not collected as required. You did a no-knock on someone, you shot them and they died, but your bodycams were off or not even worn, or you or your department deleted the videos? Presumptive first degree murder.
“ right. so either they are bone dumb (not likely), or they are looking to make an example.”

The deceased may have known something about the Clinton goings-on in Arkansas back in Clinton’s governorship days. It wouldn’t be the first suspicious death down there stemming from activities in that era.
Clearing up potential remaining “loose ends” prior to Hillary making an attempt to be Brandon’s replacement?
“4. If they don’t cooperate with investigation, preservation of video, or obstruct, automatic suspension without pay. Take away guns, badges, id’s, any electronics, any and all government issued clothiers with agency insignia. Cut off government credit card.”
You are an IDIOT. I can agree with almost everything you listed, but taking away their government credit card? Might as well force them to enter nude.
Please, be reasonable here.
“Are you being sarcastic?”
Of course!
Sorry, I immediately looked for the /s and didn’t see it. And there are some people on FR who would say something like that and be serious.
EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL, apology not required as that is the risk I run. I do try to make it obvious. A close (late) friend of mine loved Bush Sr. back then (as many of us did), with ONE EXCEPTION - he increased the beer tax. That was it, no more support for Bush Sr. In that case it would have been funny except he never let me forget it - and it was a tiny tax increase, on crappy beer (all US beer is crappy) anyway.
Don’t ask why I bring that up, it’s just funny!
All sarcasm should end with the end-sarcasm symbol (/s). The world is so completely insane now that it is impossible to tell what is sarcastic and what isn’t. Reader should not have to guess.
