Thanks for the post— classic American rite of passage. I married my first wife because of how, on our first date as we returned to my car after a great dinner at a tiny Italian place, I with our leftovers in a small box in my hands, she, after taking her seat, turned and lifted her hands to accept said carton from me, never missing a beat. I was hooked.
