I just wanted to put this up here for anyone who would like a bit of enjoyment from older, sweeter days...it's really a cute movie.

I don’t think I’ve seen Dreamboat before. What a cast! Thank you :)

Clifton Webb was a big star at this late point in his career after his surprise hit with SITTING PRETTY. MISTER SCOUTMASTER from this same period is a lot of fun too.

I’ll have to check it out. I love good movies most of which are the older ones.

Clifton Webb was born to play the role of a put-upon intellectual...

“Mr. Belvedere Goes to College” is very good and co-stars Shirley Temple as a young college student.

Yeah. I watch that one soon :) I always loved Clifton Webb, of course in Laura especially but he’s just always good.

An interesting article that shows him at his home in Beverly Hills (now gone) and as he says his fondness for ‘dolce far niente’ life of Hollywood. (The sweetness of doing nothing.)

Of course. He scored as Elliot Templeton in THE RAZOR’S EDGE, too.
