On June 24, 2024, a crowd of protesters gathered in front of Culver City High School’s Robert Frost Auditorium in Culver City, California when Anthony Fauci made an appearance to promote his new book “On Call: A Doctor’s Journey in Public Service.” The protesters accused the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of mismanagement, malpractice and corruption, among other things.

he is worth 11 million dollars....... government employee....... gee another of the world’s greatest investors........ Joe, Fauci, Nancy, Al, Obama, the list goes on.... what, oh what do they have in common? Why did they waste their time in government when they were such talented investors?

How did a SES level government official get around the very very onerous conflict of interest requirements that go with that level of a government position? Apparently other senior NIAD,NIH and others in CDC did likewise. He’s the worst example! Did some meathead congresscritter sneak in a bill exempting these types of NIH, CDC, etc government employees?
He’s had a US Marshall security detail due to a large number of death threats. I believe that is supposed to end soon - he’s going to have to spend some of his personal ‘loot’ from his years in ‘public service’ on private security IMO ... a lot of folks, who no longer have anything left to lose thanks to this criminal, will make security an ongoing necessity.
According to information garnered from Freedom of Information Act Requests, between 2009-2014, both Anthony Fauci and former NIH director Francis Collins received royalty payments from pharmaceutical companies.
I know which is hugely “verboten” for a government employee of any stature - SES or otherwise to have personal financial interests in an industry which they can directly affect. It can’t just be neglect by their IG. I guess that’s possible. However, it’s been going on for years. You would think someone would get jealous and blow the whistle if it was simple neglect! It seems to me it must have been “allowed” somehow. I can see the argument to a meathead congresscriter - “We have to allow it so we can get the best people!” to get the exemption. They probably get a little “baksheesh” from the pharmaceutical lobbyists to get the legislation passed.
