I believe that it's Katherine "Kat" Wong, Australian Associated Press/Canberra.

I found it on a message board - after I looked for AAP reporters from Canberra [where this video was taken], and found that her LinkedIn account was dead.

The LinkedIn entry was there - but dead-linked.
