Special Counsel Jack Smith responded to President Trump’s motion to dismiss the classified documents case based on the “spoliation” of evidence.
Jack Smith admitted that the FBI staged photos of classified documents during the Mar-a-Lago raid.
The FBI took photos of the documents with cover sheets and publicly released them to damage Trump.

tampering with evidence is a crime. Jack Smith needs to be charged
IN another time, this would have lost the case because there is no way to know what Trump took and what the state inserted with any level of certainty.
But not in liberal America, where the justice is Sovietized.

Sounds to me like the fbi should be charged and imprisoned. But I’ll settle for defunding, dismantling, and not replacing the corrupt institution altogether.
This crime cannot be forgotten or simply dismissed.
He needs to be put on death row, sent to Gitmo, slowly tortured and then executed unless he confesses and reveals the names of his co-conspirators. Then they can ALL be rounded up and spend time in Satan’s Hotel.
There is no other option for this filthy pig of a man, the way he and his accomplices abused their position requires the ultimate penalty.

He tampered with evidence.
He set a raid in hopes of being able to shoot Trump or his family.

Absolutely, this appears to be a classic case of evidence tampering. I believe it (and other things) will eventually doom the prosecution, the judge is just stringing it along for more misconduct to come to light, and for the process to play out normally without her appearing too eager to end it.
Evidence tampering.
Smith should go to Prison.
The FBI needs to be charged with tampering with evidence. Sith needs to be charged with lying about it and covering it up.
In this instance, not only were such disclosures and comments made, but photos were staged at the scene so as to convey a false impression of guilt when leaked. This demonstrates that the eventual leaks to the news media were premeditated and deliberate by the FBI and the prosecutors.
As an initial remedy, the entire prosecution team should be dismissed from the case, with the government given a limited period of time to designate a new team, failing which the charges will be dismissed with prejudice due to prosecutorial misconduct. And the Attorney General, as Jack Smith's superior, should also be required to show cause why the government, Jack Smith, and all those involved in any way should not be identified and held in contempt of court and heavily sanctioned.

Here we have criminals prosecuting the innocent. Both Jack Smith and the FIB are devious frauds.
