They have had Biden secluded at Camp David for 2 weeks. One of the reasons for doing this, besides testing out new drugs on him, is to reset his body clock. He is normally in bed at 7PM. The debate is from 9-11 PM. By resetting his time by an hour each day, by the time the debate rolls around, his body will think it is 9-11 AM

Exactly and debates are about perception, the bar is set too low for Biden, he's been doing this for over 50 years so he can fake it for 90 minutes especially after they have him rested, drugged and rehearsed , he probably gets the questions in advance. CNN is not neutral and will be on Trump trying to provoke him into an outburst which never plays well with independents and women voters.
