Picture it being 1941 and the FDR regime, believing that Greens would never let them have or concentrate the necessary industrial effort within the continental US, were to farm the Manhatten Project out to Kuwait. and/or other near-east entities.....
There is more than sufficient reason to think that this question is critically important to the safety and security of the United States.
