A margin of 313 votes ought to be recounted, just to ensure accuracy, no matter which candidate is up or down.

Virginia Election Commission website has the final vote as 31,439 for McGuire and 31,117 for Good. Don’t blame Good for wanting a recount with a 322 votes difference.
