Well, I hope this is right but what I expect is that nothing at all will happen about this letter (except maybe at the appellate level) and the kangaroo court will continue on July 11th.

Except that it was Merchan himself who issued the letter on this topic so that makes it near impossible for him to just ignore.

Do you not believe Merchan will resolve tampering issue at last minute to give Trump team no time to do anything? I would bet the Trump attorneys are planning for that scenario. Different thought? I’m open to all consideration. The only issue I have is that everybody and their brother knows from the conviction alone what this is doing FOR Trump. Putting him in prison will be the last nail in their coffin. And they gotta know this.

BTW, Robert Barnes did predict recently that Merchan will NOT give Trump a jail sentence. However, I am hoping that Barnes weighs in on this Michael Anderson matter this Sunday. Maybe I should ask Viva himself if he will bring up this matter since he lives near me.

When this story first came out, I read somewhere where the Trump team was independently looking into this. Gonna be interesting where this goes. Merchan has to address this at some point.

Yeah, well I doubt I will see him especially since I am going to a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship tonight and tomorrow I will be spending at least 6 hours on the BBQ smoking a rack of ribs.

Merchan should have had the jury sequestered for the whole trial and forbidden them to watch the TV news, but his goal was to prejudice the case against Trump in any way he could.

I wonder if he plans to delay the July 11 hearing so he has a pretext to prolong the gag order.

Something is rotten inside the judicial systems in the United States.

In the Florida federal court system, two "experienced" judges on the federal bench urged Judge Aileen Cannon to step aside and hand the Trump documents case to another judge, while in New York an "acting" interim judge appointed by other judges to fill a temporary shortage in a county court has the authority to jail the leading candidate in the next Presidential election, and that's okay with them.

It makes me want to know who these two Florida federal judges are and what was their motive to sweep Judge Cannon off of the case. Were they leftist plants who feared how Cannon would manage the case? She's proven so far to resist the pressure from the left to railroad Trump in all the court cases he's facing.
