In a recent incident that unfolded during a recent Team Combat League showdown, junior featherweight boxer Tramaine Williams, hailing from New Haven, Connecticut, faced a distressing moment during his bout with Ryan Allen. The match, part of the NYC Attitude vs. Las Vegas Hustle showcase, took place at Thunder Studio on June 20, 2024, where Williams represented the NYC Attitude squad, which ultimately emerged as the winners of the event.
The Team Combat League event follows a set structure involving 24 three-minute rounds, with athletes engaging in one-round matches across eight weight classes. Each team fields two fighters per weight class, totaling sixteen fighters competing in the event.
As the fight between Williams and Allen progressed, Allen connected with a short straight right on Williams, with the latter seeming to handle the blow comfortably. However, what unfolded next was a cause for alarm, as ‘The Mighty Midget’ appeared to experience an autonomic dysfunction resembling a seizure. Williams collapsed face-first onto the canvas, prompting Allen to restrain from further striking.
Vax and booster status?

I could never understand why anyone would enter a sport where their opponent is constantly punching them in the face and body.
Suddenly..............
I’m not half teh man I used to be.............
There’s shadow hanging over me..............
‘The Mighty Midget’ went down like a sack-o-taters. No medical update available.
Saw the fight between boom boom Mancini and Duke koo Kim where Kim dropped dead in the ring- was sad to see-
Delayed reaction to a solid punch in boxing are fairly common.
