I don’t see why states should have to pay to reprint ballots when it was obvious for years that Biden is mentally unfit to be President.
The DoJ sent a lawyer to question Biden and the lawyer found Biden to be mentally unfit to sit in the dock (and therefore the Oval Office).
Actually, the DNC rules for replacing the Presidential nominee if incapacitated are largely unchanged from 2020.
