Riding without a helmet puts the rider in an implied consent situation in the event of an accident - from Wiki:
if a person is unconscious as a result of injuries sustained during a traffic collision, medical treatment may be provided to that person, despite the unconscious person being unable to expressly grant consent for that treatment.
Could that be extended to organ donation in the event of their demise?

Our state used to ask if you wish to donate when you got your DL. I just checked mine and to see if it was on there but found nothing.
