Historic news as 400 Russian soldiers have surrendered in central Vovchansk, the largest mass surrender of the entire war on the Russian side. These Russian forces were encircled at the chemical plant and for only 2 days held out until the surrender from today.
Russian forces in the city are now seriously crippled with the loss of half a BTG. Meanwhile Ukrainian drone attacks continue to drive home damage into the Russian federation, as Russia takes high losses with very little gains.

It's not really weird. The people who don't support America first, are the ones taking the sides in yet another proxy war with Russia. They're the ones who are supporting the destruction of America's economy, the ones supporting unending and unaccounted-for billions of tax payer dollars sent overseas, while politicians on both sides of the aisle here, their family members, friends and big donors get richer through investments in the military industrial complex. You have to wonder how they are benefiting from it as well.

I believe Alexander Mercouris’ account of what is happening in Vovchansk (i.e Ukraine is losing) is, as usual, more accurate than Ukraine’s propaganda. He does point out that the Ukraine’s propaganda tactic, claiming the opposite of reality, is common and wearisome. Mercouris recalls Bahkmut propaganda was the same way- as Russians took the city, the Ukrainians eagerly announced that the Ukraine was gaining the upper hand by encircling the Russians. As the Ukrainians don’t have victory, wild claims of victory are their substitutes.

I avoid Telegram as well. No worries! The supporters of Ukraine are NOT really just a bunch of democrats. Doubt whether Ukraine will side against Trump. Remember in 2018, Trump a provided Ukraine with $47 million worth of lethal weapons: included 210 Javelin anti-tank missiles and 37 launchers. In 2019, Trump released $250 million in Ukraine military aid Ukraine large quantity of military aid.

Among other sources, Newsweek (citing German Bild), Kyiv Post, Yahoo news. What appears to be happening is that Russian forces advanced across the border into Vovchansk, and are getting surrounded and cut off from retreat.
Vovchansk is 30 miles NE of Kharkiv, and Kharkiv is one of the most heavily defended areas in Ukraine. Russia sending a few Battalion Tactical Groups (BTGs), or BTG sized combat groups across the border like that was not smart.
Wait a minute...
A few weeks ago wasn't the Russian advance in this area supposed to be a decisive blow to Ukraine? Is anyone talking about how this Russian offensive fizzled out? Funny how that got sent down the memory hole in the pro-Russian narrative.

America chose UK loooong before America was at war with Hitler.
The liberty ships shipped loads of weaponry to England to help it defend itself against socialist Germany - BEFORE the war started.
Just like America does now: as it sends a lot of weaponry to Ukraine to help it fend off new-soviet Russian agression.
